This was a challenging recipe, but it turned out delicious. I used flour specifically made for pasta from Amazon.
I used Food Network’s Anne Burell’s recipe. Here are some tips and kitchen tricks.
For Raviolo pasta, use wanton wrappers. This trick can be used for any home made ravioli recipe with your favorite filling. Just be sure to seal them really well so your filling doesn’t seep out during cooking.
Instead of peas & carrots-use your favorite veggie blend.
Use a Burnt Butter Sauce, (see below from Better Homes & Garden website) or a light Light Alfredo Sauce (I use the one from Food Networks website).
